After successfully opening and operating The Waterfront for a number of years we felt it was time to expand.
In November 2005 we opened "The Waterfront Chip Shop" just a stones throw away from the restaurant.
Although we thought running a chip shop would be a breeze compared to a hotel, we found out quickly that simply wasn't the case.
Over the last decade or so we have evolved into a huge success and keep getting busier as the years go on. We use only the freshest of ingredients from as many local suppliers as possible including our daily supply of fresh fish from May Island Seafoods.
Our staff are all from the surrounding areas and are trained to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
We are extremely proud of our business and look forward to changing with the times and adapting to continue to be a success in the future.
